As an artist, I have learned and experimented with many two- and three-dimensional materials such as charcoal, oil, acrylics, pastels, clay, plaster, aluminum, and wood. My experiences with these diverse materials have brought me great joy and fulfillment throughout the years. These experimentations have led me to understand that my art reaches its full potential when it is sculpted. Working three-dimensionally allows me to explore a wide range of interesting ideas due to its variety of media and methods.
Since I started as a practicing artist, the beauty and sophistication of the body has taken over most of my attention. The uniqueness of each human body and facial structure is a mystery I try to understand with each piece I make.
